1. PROJECT ACCEPTANCE
Once the customer has agreed to the proposal, Lionsorbet Ltd will provide an estimate or quotation to be accessible online. We will invite you to ‘Accept’ the estimate online via email correspondence which will form an order for the services outlined. Your acceptance is a validation of the deliverables and costs outlined in the estimate and will constitute acceptance and agreement to comply fully with the Terms and Conditions herein.
Alternatively, the client may send an official order in reply to the estimate or quotation which binds the client to accept Lionsorbet Ltd terms and conditions. No work on a project will commence until Lionsorbet Ltd has received either document.
2. DESIGN CHARGES AND PAYMENTS
Charges for design services by Lionsorbet Ltd will be set out in the written estimate or quotation and provided to the customer.

If work has been undertaken, a full breakdown will be provided and offset against the refund value.

An account will be considered in default if it remains unpaid for 60 days from the date of invoice, or following a returned cheque. Lionsorbet Ltd will be entitled to remove the customer's material from any and all computer systems and servers, until the account has been paid in full. This includes any and all unpaid monies due for services, including, but not limited to, hosting, domain registration, search engine submission, design and maintenance, sub-contractors, printers, photographers and libraries. Removal of such materials does not relieve the customer of it's obligation to pay the due amount. Customers whose accounts become default agree to pay Lionsorbet Ltd reasonable legal expenses and third party collection agency fees in the enforcement of these Terms and Conditions.
Returned cheques will incur an additional fee of £30 per returned cheque.
The customer is given an Approval Form and Invoice before final publication. The remaining balance of the project will become payable. The customer will be required to provide approval of the project via email or written confirmation. Accounts that remain outstanding for 60 days after the date of invoice, will incur an extra charge of 2% per month of the outstanding amount.
Website Hosting: If a customer’s account remains unpaid after 90 days from the invoice date we will suspend any external services with immediate effect. This includes but not limited to Website Hosting, SSL certificates, Email accounts, and Domain Registration. This will prevent your website or other services from being accessed online and could affect your business. Lionsorbet is not obligated to continue paying for services that support your business and feel 90days is an acceptable term of goodwill. To resume services all outstanding invoices must be paid in full along with an admin fee to ensure the site is published and in good working order. This admin fee is currently £35 + vat.
